Cacao ceremony is an intentional, heart-opening ritual using ceremonial-grade Cacao. Ritual originates from Mayan and Aztec traditions. For centuries, Cacao ceremonies have been held for spiritual, emotional and medicinal healing. Because of its blissful, Cacao soothes our nervous system and nourishes our body with nutrients.
We combine Cacao with restorative Yin Yoga practice and Meditation to nurture our whole being. In our communal experience, we will deepen our connection to Life.
No yoga experience needed. People all genders are welcome.
