MEET YOUR TEACHER

I’m Paulina, certified adult & kids Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher, Cacao Ceremonialist, founder of The Reset Space living in North Kerry now with my two sons and two dogs. I became passionate about Yoga Practice during Covid times and after 3 years of my own practice, I have decided to do the Teacher Training with amazing Clara ‘Earthwise Yoga’ in Wexford. After a few months of completing the training, I shared my first yoga class with local, beautiful souls in my village on the day on my birthday, at the end of 2023.

Throughout these years I have provided Meditation Gatherings, Cacao Ceremonies, Kids Yoga Classes in Moyvane and Tarbert National School, Beach Yoga Classes.

My intention is to create an uplifting space for quietness and contemplation, a space to sense and feel, to observe and learn about ourselves, a space where we listen, acknowledge and wait patiently for guidance to come, a space to breathe, move and reset/rest.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga which gives us a chance to work on deeper tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, bones and also slow down our mind, and we do that through long-held poses. The class is designed for all genders all ages and total beginners.
